You’ll likely never hear it in his accent, but Justin’s southern roots have taken him from Atlanta, to Clemson, Aiken, Charlotte, and now back to the Upstate - Greenville, SC! With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a passion for college football (Go Tigers!), Justin’s approach to business is always the same as a game-winning drive in the 4th quarter: focused, purposeful, and exciting. Previous to founding Showghi Engineering in 2020, Justin worked in the energy sector, supporting nuclear missions for the Department of Energy and modernizing infrastructure for Duke Energy. On the weekends, you’ll usually find him working with the Diocese of Charleston’s Catholic Youth Evangelization team, where he has helped form servant-minded high school students for nearly 10 years. Second only to Chick-fil-A milkshakes, Justin’s true obsession is combining excellent technical solutions with intentional relationships. He’s excited to get to know you, learn how Showghi Engineering can meet your needs, and build lasting relationships.
Jeff Williams is a renaissance man when it comes to entrepreneurship. While his greatest adventure has been being a husband and father, he has also owned over a dozen businesses, ranging from selling cowboy boots to engineering and construction. He started by getting his PE (that is, a degree in Physical Education) at Mars Hill, where lessons on the football field have transferred to his professional life. He is a great teammate, truly humble, and is always eager to serve and encourage those around him. Born and raised in Rock Hill, he remains excited as Showghi Engineering continues to serve clients across the country, one engineering project at a time.
Allen is a lifetime resident of the Carolinas and loves everything about them. From the mountains to the ocean to the lake, these two states are not only home, but his playground.
Allen graduated from N.C. State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has practiced a number of disciplines, including geotechnical, transportation and structural.
At home, Allen is surrounded by his wonderful wife and four beautiful children. Allen’s faith drives him and serving his church and community are a key entity in his life. When he is not serving, you can find Allen at one of his kids sporting events or watching sports on TV. Allen’s ideal evening consists of a warm fall breeze, surrounded by family, pizza on his plate, bourbon in his glass and Wolfpack football taking home a Saturday win.
